DESCRIPTION: What is Compassion Fatigue? Who does it af fect? Why should you care? How do you deal with it? This workshop will answ er these questions and build skills in the participant to identify, conside r, and manage symptoms of compassion fatigue. Participants learn in an expe riential environment that provides opportunity for reflection and analysis on their own symptoms of compassion fatigue through use of self-assessments and group discussion. At the conclusion of the session, participants will be provided with a self-care activity that provides the opportunity to rela x and recharge.
